The accommodation had a very central location in the city center. The employees were polite and exceptional.

The hotel was perfectly clean with competent and best staff, it was a reasonable base for strolling. The location was top, in the heart of Madrid and overlooking street. Had nice dainties at Panod, located close to the hotel. We loved this...

I appreciated the fantastic atmosphere and ambiance of this charming hotel, while being just a 10-minute stroll from both the gorgeous El Retiro Park and the world-renowned Prado National Museum, made exploring Madrid so enjoyable. The staff was friendly and greeted us with a welcome drink that added a lovely touch to our stay. As a solo traveler, I found the spacious, beautifully decorated rooms a perfect retreat after long days of strolling through the city, but the shower could drain a bit faster.

Awesome spot in Madrid

We stayed here for 2 nights and loved it! The staff were super friendly and helpful with everything, including restaurant suggestions. The breakfast? Excellent-tried the a la carte and it was delish! Only thing was the room temp control could be better. But honestly, so many cool bars and restaurants a quick walk away! Def recommend.
